Indulge in classics like ceviche, made anew by the addition of flavors like yuzu, plum, nori, and shockingly, condensed milk. You will be presented with the most beautiful oysters, and empanadas with a pepper sauce so addictive, you won’t be able to stop yourself from ordering more.
