Take a peek into the kitchen at Oli, the bright brunch spot by arts-driven pastry chef Olivia Saal. Serving up dishes inspired by her French-Israeli upbringing, expect modern twists on chimichurri and French toast. 

While the mains are spectacular, Oli really shines when it comes to the pastry case- with one of the best medialunas in all of Buenos Aires. Make sure to try at least one of their pastries- I particularly like the PB&J cookie!
