Cynthia, Tonny, and their bakers here create the most beautifully fresh focaccia every morning- and it acts as the base for their many to-die-for dishes. For me, a perfectly savory breakfast includes their folded eggs, bacon jam, and grana padano on sea salt focaccia alongside their sea salt latte– one of the best coffees I’ve ever had.
