Mexican and Thai are food soulmates– two cuisines which emphasize color, spice, and heart, they are seamlessly blended at Delia.

Housed in a building which itself is full of stories, Delia is the brainchild of Mexico City-born chefs Diego and Gaby. Bringing the flavors of their home country to Bangkok, Delia carefully combines Mexican techniques and recipes with Thai ingredients, creating dishes which are entirely their own.

The dining room here will transport you to Latin America- with the sounds, colors, and smells of Mexico welcoming you with open arms. Pop in for weekend brunch or go for dinner and indulge in tacos Al Pastor with a Thai touch of fish sauce-cured pineapple, refreshing aguachile with passion fruit granita and gooseberry, and don’t miss the incredible tres leches cake for dessert, complete with raspberry, mangosteen, and pandan oil.

Stop in afterwards at upstairs Messenger Service Bar for inventive cocktails, a perfect end to a night of pure pleasure.
