Buenos Aires’s most well-known parilla and for good reason. Reservations at this iconic institution fill up months in advance. If you can’t get one in time, show up about an hour before the restaurant opens to queue. While it may be a long wait, you will be offered fresh empanadas and champagne in the meantime. Just leave some room for the main event- the incredible selection of Argentine meats. Come hungry and go for the classic ojo de bife “jugoso-” the Argentine way to say medium-rare.
