Of all of my favorite spots in Berlin, it’s Canal that reigns supreme. Venezuelan chef and pastry queen Dana Canal has graced the city with some of the best pastries (and ice cream!) I have ever had. Over the years I lived in Berlin, l had the pleasure of working my way through the entire menu! Don’t leave without sampling their tropical cheesecake éclair, coffee pain suisse, and the pistachio croissant (which itself is worth a flight to Berlin).
