Belgrano is one of my favorite barrios in Buenos Aires for its slow living and local feel- and Pasaje Echeverria is where you’ll find the neighborhood’s 20-somethings having a beer and chatting on the weekends.

The place to be in Barrio Chino, Pasaje Echeverria is conveniently located next to the Belgrano C metro station. Filled with happening bars, cafés, and shops, it’s a super cool area to hangout before going out. Stop by for drinks at Chintoneria or a coffee at Morro Café.
