With a spot on World’s 50 Best Latin America, Kotori is one of my favorite dining experiences in Brazil. A Japanese-inspired dining room with an open kitchen and hip hop on repeat, Kotori’s approach to food is just as creative as its setting. Combining elements of Japanese, Korean, and Chinese cuisines, every dish is simply spectacular.
Must-trys include the dan dan pork squid, grilled zucchini with peanut sauce, Korean wagyu tartare, and the absolute knockout dessert, the caramelized shokupan toast with milk ice cream. Reservations are essential.
