The perfect little Italian café, Locale has some of the best coffee I’ve had across South America. Make sure to try one of their heavenly cannolis– with Brazilian flavors like brigadeiro and guava cheese. Stop by in the evenings for a low lit vibe and plenty of Italian-inspired cocktails.
