If there is one place I can say encompasses the true heart and beauty of Thai culture, it is the cozy mountain city of Chiang Mai. Nestled in the lush greenery of the north, it is nothing short of magical. A place particularly meaningful to me, it was here that I met my friend Ae and worked in her gorgeous kitchen and garden to learn the secrets behind Thai cuisine. With all of my wonderful memories here, it’s no wonder it’s my favorite place in the country!
